The Chief Executive of Seline Consultants Limited, Mr. Maina Rwingo, holds a BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Mapping Sciences from the University of East London in Britain. He worked in London for several years with various companies, experience that strengthened his appreciation of international standards, professional expectations and client service.
He previously worked for the Kenya Government in the Ministry of Lands and Settlement Department for 12 years. He has extensive experience in property matters, particularly at the coastal areas, including subdivision of land and processes related to land registration.
